So you wanna work out... But you could be like me and be "lazy" or "shy" about going to the gym... I have some solutions for you!

~ One way to begin would be to start at home. Do some light exercise in your living room or bedroom, watch some YouTube videos, or search on Pinterest. Find some workouts that you can do to focus on what you'd like to improve.

~One way to begin would be to research gyms near you and find the best one for what you want and need. Do you need childcare? Do you need a sauna and a shower? Do you want a tanning bed? Also, compare prices and try and wait for any deals they have going on.

~ Try getting a good friend to go with you! Going with one or more other people is extremely helpful and encouraging! Especially if they know more about the gym and different workouts than you.

~ TRY not to be shy! I know that can be easier said than done... After going to multiple gyms over the years, I'm learning if you just focus on yourself and your workout (just like everyone else is doing!), you'll break out of your shell a little more and be able to expand your experience and knowledge.

~Ok... This one might sound silly but I've been trying it lately and it helps my

mindset soooo much! So really all I do is like affirmations to myself when I start feeling uncomfortable. Just remind yourself, you got THIS! You can DO IT! You are getting STRONG and taking care of your body!

~ Before getting too far into your fitness journey, really sit down with yourself and think about what

you want. Think about the areas you want to improve and do your research, make a plan, and put it into action!

~ Don't forget supps and hydration! I love having a good water bottle and shaker bottle so also do your research on what supplements you'll want and need and try out a few different brands.

I really hope you find this helpful and it encourages you to get out there and do what you want to do without worrying what other people think. My fitness journey has been a solo ride lately but I'm learning to love it! And you can too! 💪
