#7 Try some good, upbeat music to get your day going. Music usually puts people in a good mood and like I said before, starting the morning off on a happy note, sets the whole tone for the day. Just try it!
#8 Eat breakfast, or at least a snack before drinking coffee or any kind of caffeine. Breakfast is very important for energy, clarity, and avoiding blood sugar issues. Protein and a small amount of carbs is probably your best bet to start the day off right!
#9 Water is your friend! Try drinking or even chugging some when you first wake up. It'll help rehydrate and energize you for the day. Don't forget a cute water bottle!
BONUS TIP!
If you have a few minutes to spare in the evening, use those to set up some things for the next morning to help your tomorrow go smoother. A good journal always helps me unwind, plan, and remember things I have going on or need to do. Check this one out if you don't already have one!
Get a fresh glass of water for your bedside, clean off your bathroom counter to make space to wash your face and brush your teeth, put away clean clothes, and get coffee stuff set out and ready.
