Check out these three tips!


#4 Add vitamins and supplements to your coffee. I am terrible with pills and vitamins but the flavorless ones in the capsules go great IN my coffee or mushroom latte in the mornings. If you don't want to do that, just set your vitamins next to your coffee stuff in the morning or in the middle of the counter to remind yourself.








#5 Ok ok.... hear me out! Bone broth... Yes I know, it sounds weird but there are so many benefits to drinking broth, any time of day! My favorite is to add Redmonds seasoning salt, butter, and sometimes my vitamins like I mentioned above. it's easy to make yourself or find a clean brand at the store. Feel free to ask any questions if you wanna know more.



#6 Stretch! Stretch! Stretch! BUT remember you need to warm up your body first. After you get up and get moving, find a few minutes to stretch your body. Arms, legs, back, neck, and I promise you'll feel great! If you have crappy joints like me, check out this stuff! You'll need it!
